About Stanton Housing Authority

The Stanton Housing Authority is located in a rural community approximately 12 miles southeast of Norfolk, in Northeastern Nebraska. Ivy Manor was established in 1963 and dedicated in 1966.

Ivy Manor consists of 29 apartments and a community building, 22 - One bedroom units, 6 - Two bedroom units and 1 - One-bedroom handicap accessible unit.


Mission Statement

It is the mission of the Stanton Housing Authority to provide decent, sanitary, safe and affordable housing for low-income elderly, near elderly or disabled individuals. Our goal is to provide a decent home and to foster economic and social diversity in the community. We pledge that we will treat each individual on his or her merits, without presumption of his or her abilities based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, familial status, or hadicap.
